2. Data we process
Technical navigation data: IP address, user-agent, request logs and security events processed by hosting/CDN systems for technical operation and protection. The site is hosted through Hostinger infrastructure, which may process server-side request logs and related security metadata.
Contact requests: the contact form opens your email client using a mailto: link. Messages are not stored by a custom server-side database on this static website.
Newsletter subscription data: when you voluntarily subscribe using the embedded MailerLite form, your email address and the technical metadata required to operate the signup form may be transmitted directly to MailerLite for newsletter list management and delivery.
Cookie and consent preferences: your consent choices are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) to remember your selection.
External media: YouTube and Bandsintown are loaded only after consent for optional media services. When enabled, those providers may process technical and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Site operation, security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
- Responding to contact requests sent by email (pre-contractual request / legitimate interest).
- Loading external media services (consent).
- Loading MailerLite newsletter forms and processing newsletter subscriptions (consent).
- Storing cookie preferences (compliance and legitimate interest).
4. Data recipients
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting/CDN), including Hostinger for website hosting and related server operations, and, only after consent where required, by third-party providers such as YouTube, Bandsintown and MailerLite. Each provider processes data according to its own contractual and privacy terms.
5. International transfers
Some third-party providers may process data outside the EEA or the UK, including in the United States. External media and newsletter forms are loaded only after consent where required.
6. Retention period
Technical logs are retained for the time needed for security and service continuity according to infrastructure provider settings. Cookie preference storage remains until changed/reset by the user or browser cleanup. Newsletter subscription data is retained within MailerLite until the user unsubscribes or the list entry is otherwise removed.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where applicable, and you may withdraw consent at any time using the cookie preferences panel. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies and preference management
See the dedicated Cookie Policy. You can reopen the preference panel anytime using “Review Cookie Choices” in the footer.
